All photography sessions require a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit in advance to secure your reservation, along with the signed photo release service agreement. The deposit is applied to your balance. One deposit holds one appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the appointment request, the request may be cancelled without warning.
Debit/credit card payments are securely accepted online or in-person through our digital invoicing and/or point-of-sale processing system. PayPal, Cash App, & Venmo are also acceptable forms of payments. Please note: due to currency shortage, counterfeit circulations, & safety measures, Cash is NOT an acceptable form of payment, nor will cash be kept on site.
All deposits/retainers/payments made to The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC are both non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be aware that absolutely no refunds will be given after your photography session has taken place.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. One deposit holds one appointment. Clients are granted a one time courtesy to reschedule and transfer the deposit for emergency purposes ONLY. This decision will be left at the discretion of the owner. After the one time exception has been exceeded and/or granted, a new non-refundable deposit is required to secure a new appointment. Once a session is paid in full, there are no refunds, only reschedules. We ask that you please reschedule at least 3 business days before your initial scheduled appointment.
Please cancel at least 3 business days before your appointment or the card on file will be charged a $75 cancellation/no-show fee. If the card is not valid and The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC is unable to collect the $75 cancellation/no-show fee, this fee will be added to your NEXT booking.
There is a minimum $50 travel fee added to any session outside the 25-mile radius of The Bigger Picture Studio location (NE San Antonio/Converse, TX area). Travel expenses such as parking, shipping, or destination fees must be settled, paid in advance, or reimbursed to The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC. Outstanding travel fees will be added to the balance due after the session. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.
The turnaround time for editing is 14 business days. Please do not count weekends when you are calculating your days. The turnaround time starts after the client has notified the photographer that they have selected their favorite images to be edited. No exceptions! Please understand that 14 business days does not equal 2 weeks! Sneak peeks are not offered at this time. An expedited editing fee is required in order to receive the edited images sooner than 14 business days.
Clients have the option to receive their edited images sooner! Expedited editing is available at an additional fee.
Turnaround Time: 1-2 Business Days = $100; 3-4 Business Day = $75
By agreeing to a photography session with The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC, the client hereby waives, releases, and discharges The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC and all its staff/affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to the client(s) and/or the client(s)' family, including traveling to and from this session. The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties.
Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client swears that each person is participating voluntarily in the said photography session and forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Tonya Monique Swain Aniton or The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC for any reason. The Bigger Picture Studio, LLC is not responsible for uncooperative parties. While it is understood that the behavior of children can be unpredictable, the photographer is not liable for child(ren)'s uncooperatation during photography sessions.
Once a session theme and service is agreed upon by both photographer and client, it can not be changed. If for any reason theme changes need to be made by the client, proper notification should be made to photographer AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the start of the appointment. No changes shall be made after. No exceptions!
